There is no art that magnifies the beauty of sunlight like Stained Glass. From intricate patterns to 3D designs, Stained Glass art is also an engineering marvel, requiring detailed planning and a very clear vision. The Stained Glass Workshop will be conducted by a professional with over 10 years of experience and a post-grad from the National Institute of Design. You will be working with pre-cut glass pieces and making 2 stained glass items. The batch size of the workshop will be small to make sure every participant has their own workstation and gets plenty of attention.

It is safe to wear long sleeves, long pants and closed shoes (preferably sports/canvas without decorative holes) when learning to cut glass or solder.

Introduction to Stained Glass. Introduction to techniques to arrive upon a Stained Glass art piece ie. Cutting, Grinding, Foiling and Soldering. Practice session on each technique.
Work on our final pattern starting with grinding the precut stained glass piece.
Lunch Break. There is a restaurant nearby where you can grab a quick bite. Lunch is not included in the workshop price.
