Make your romantic dream come true and have some foodie fun along the way. The French Bistro Master Class is all about the earthy, home-style French classics that you would find on any bistro menu. We’re going to share the tips and tricks to French food allowing you to get stuck in and create the perfect 3 course meal.
You will learn to make a classic starter of French Onion Soup, a hearty main course of Coq Au Vin (braised chicken in red wine sauce) with Pommes En Papillote (oven steamed potatoes), and a show stopping traditional dessert of French Apple Tart with Crème. If you love food, this is the class for you. You’ll have your own cookery station to be fully hands-on so pop on an apron, roll up your sleeves and have some foodie fun.

Morning sessions: Individual workstations for each participant
Evening sessions: 2 participants per work station. Come with a friend, or make a new one.

Under Anjali’s guidance, you’ll master the techniques professional chefs train for and you’ll create a 3 course show stopping meal
You’ll be spreading out on your own cookery station and be taken step by step on how to create the ultimate French Bistro meal.
Once you’ve made your 3 course meal, you’ll be ready to tuck in and indulge to your heart’s content in our sunlit dining area.
This class is perfect for beginners as well as those who love to cook. The class is suitable for non vegetarians (the main course is made with chicken)

Yes, if you prefer, you can get containers to carry the pasta back home Or you can choose to sit at the sunlit dining area and enjoy your pasta.
