Age Limit: Participants must be 7 years of age or older
Physical Requirements: This is a physically intensive activity and not suitable for anyone with heart ailments, joint injuries or mobility issues. Please consult your Doctor before making a booking.
Cancellation Policy: 7 days or more before the Experience: No cancellation fee.
6 to 2 days before the Experience: 50% Cancellation Fee
Less than 48 days before the Experience: 100% Cancellation Fee. No Refund.
Reschedule Policy: One change of date permitted with a minimum of 72 hours notice BEFORE the start date of the Experience. New date must be chosen at time of rescheduling.
Your Instructor will start you off with a short warm-up, followed by some interesting games/activities which will help increase concentration and agility.
You will then learn the correct stance and how to move forward and back in the same stance. Based on your physical ability, the Instructor with pick a weapon best suited for you. With this weapon, you will practice the movements and stance you have just learnt.
After a short warm-up and weapon practice, it is time to test your metal. You will now engage in a sparring session with an opponent and watch your lessons turn into actions.
You will be using any one of these blades during the session: Foil, Epee or Saber. The instructor will let you know which blade would be best suited for you.
Gym clothes and shoes with a good grip would be best for this experience.
You have to select only Day 1, the second session can be decided in consultation with your Coach, but should be ideally done within a week’s time.
