CrossFit is a functional training program, that uses constantly varying exercises to work your muscles and mimic real life uses. Sports people, athletes, fitness freaks, fighters, boxers, football players, rugby players, tennis players, etc swear by this international fitness regimen because of its focus on strength and conditioning vs single muscle building. And most importantly, because it is fun! The high intensity levels with a variety of workouts, activities and even games makes sure no two days are the same.

Age Limit: Participants must be 8 years of age or older

Physical Requirements: None

Please consult your doctor before starting any new fitness/exercise program

Cancellation Policy: 2 Days prior to the Experience Date – 5% cancellation fee
Less than 2 Days prior to the Experience Date – 50% cancellation fee

Reschedule Policy: One change of date permitted with a minimum of 6 days notice BEFORE  the start date of the Experience. New date must be chosen at time of rescheduling.

  1. Understanding CrossFit a

    Your Experience starts with a quick introduction to CrossFit and some warm up exercises and really fun games.

  2. Move it a

    Next, you will do some mobility which includes a series of static and dynamic stretches. Flexibility and fluidity are the essence of CrossFit which help prevent injury and gets you ready for the session.

  3. Work it a

    Next you will be taken through the Workout of the Day, the WOD, which will include various movements and the use of different equipment which build strength and endurance.

    Depending upon your prior experience, and fitness level, your Coach will vary the intensity of the session.

  4. Stretch it a

    This will be followed by a Question and Answer session about CrossFit, nutrition, fitness etc. (Feel free to ask questions during the session).

    Your experience ends with a cool-down and some very stretchy stretches.
