Open your oven to the delicious European-art of Artisan Bread. Get a friend or three and knead some quality time together as you’ll learn to make loaves of French heaven, completely from scratch. Your off-the-shelf sandwich bread days are finally over. Don’t have friends? You’ve got us ;), we’ll do this experience just for you too.

Baking bread is a very satisfying feeling, the wholesomeness of a crusty loaf, the lingering aroma from the oven and the knowledge that you are eating healthy. This once-dying art has seen a renaissance with more artisan/gourmet bread returning to home kitchens. Famous food authors like Michael Pollan have recently taken epic journeys to learn this art – all you have to do is travel to Malad.

Your Instructor is a Certified Pastry Chef, City and Guilds (London), interned with Chef Sanjana Patel (La Folie Patisserie) and worked under Chef Adriano Zumbo and Chef Janice Wong (World On A Plate, Bangalore).
